Responsibilities- Draft and post job advertisements in Italian/English with
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and
- Conduct interviews
- Manage recruitment processes for various departments
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor
laws and internal policies
Your Profile- Native-level English speaker
- Intermediate level in italian
- Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or
related field
