The company currently operates across 12 sites throughout Switzerland, including several locations in the German-speaking part of the country. In this context, we are looking for a proactive and reliable personality, able to combine strong accounting rigor with curiosity for digital tools and process optimization.
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all of our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.
Missions- Handleday-to-dayaccountingactivities, including data entry, reconciliations, invoiceprocessing and financialfollow-up
- Support thepreparationofmonthly and annualclosings
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency of financial data across several entities/sites
- CollaboratewithinternalstakeholderslocatedacrossSwitzerland
- Contributetotheimprovementofaccountingprocesses, tools and workflows
- Gradually take on a broader scope, with the perspective of managing one entity from A to Z in the medium term
- 5 years of experience in a similar accounting position
- Accounting qualification such as CFC, Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent
- StrongcommandofExcel and goodknowledgeofaccounting software and interest in new technologies, with a particularaffinity for AI-relatedtools and topics
- Languages: Englishismandatory, togetherwithFrench; goodknowledgeofGermanis a strongasset
- WillingnesstotraveltoZurichapproximately once a month
- Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, team-oriented and positive, with a professional attitude
