Job description

Im Dreischichtsystem stellen Sie chemische Zwischenprodukte und Aktivsubstanzen her und stellen sicher, dass die Produkte termingerecht und in benötigter Qualität abgeliefert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Herstellung von chemischen Zwischenprodukten und Aktivsubstanzen gemäss Pilotvorschriften unter genauer Protokollierung von Beobachtungen und Prozesse
• Einhaltung geltender Health, Safety & Environment («HSE») Vorschriften und Risikoanalysen sowie vorbildliches Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Bedienung von Anlagen sowohl manuell als auch über das Prozessleitsystem
• Zusammenstellung und Bereitstellung von Produktionsanlagen gemäss Vorgaben einer Pilotvorschrift
• Durchführen von Sicherheits-, Wartungs- und Kontrollarbeiten sowie einfacher Reparaturen und Revisionen
• Melden von Ereignissen, technischen Störungen und unsicherer Handlungen sowie Vorschlagen geeigneter korrektiver und präventiver Massnahmen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant oder Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich & schriftlich), Englischkenntnisse (mündlich) von Vorteil
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Technisches und praktisches Fachwissen mit Flexibilität bei der Lösung von Aufgaben
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Feuerwehr- oder Sanitätsdienst

• Festanstellung mit Schichtarbeit (Dreischichtbetrieb)
