We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now

As a Product Designer & Coordinator, you will contribute to the creation and development of our watch collections, from concept to production. You will collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Marketing) as well as external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Tasks

Your mission:

• Design and develop watch concepts, including cases, dials, hands, and straps.
• Create detailed sketches and high-quality 2D/3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Support the planning and scheduling of product development timelines.
• Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and clear communication with suppliers and partners.
• Assist in managing samples, prototypes, and related logistics.
• Maintain well-organized records of project data and communications.

Requirements

Your skills:

• Degree in industrial or product design, ideally with a specialization in watchmaking or accessories.
• Initial experience or internship in product design (watches, jewelry, or accessories is a plus).
• Familiar in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Inventor/SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English is required; German is a plus.
