• Develop tailored investment proposals based on market trends and client needs;
• Select instruments across asset classes, including traditional and alternative investments;
• Support discretionary mandate promotion to drive AUM growth and retention;
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams (e.g., Product, Compliance);
• Contribute to innovative product structuring (e.g., structured products, thematic ideas);
• Join client meetings to provide technical input and market insights;
• Prepare reports and materials to support commercial efforts;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of markets, regulations, and investment strategies.

• Master degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
• Fluent French and English;
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in investment advisory, asset management, or wealth management;
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments;
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Client-oriented mindset with a focus on value creation.
