Senior Operational Risk Analyst
Aufgaben
Supporting the development of strategic solutions for business risks / Ongoing review of operational risk scenarios based on the analysis of various IT data / Ensure compliance and further development of the internal control system / Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of key controls and risk mitigating measures in all processes / Analyzing operational incidents and processes / Reviewing systems for potential control weaknesses / Performing control testing / Performing regular testing of data quality of various data feeds / Further development of methodologies, procedures and reports / Supporting departments in conducting risk self-assessments and creating transparency in events, data interpretations and conclusions / Creating a culture of risk awareness for risk mitigation through targeted sustainability training / Ad hoc projects for senior management.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration / CIA, CISA as an advantage / Banking experience gained in a Big Four company, in an internal audit or an operational risk department / Knowledge of private banking business and its processes / Knowledge of internal control systems and corporate governance / Experience with end-to-end risk audits / Experience with developing complex risk systems as a Project manager / Analytical and conceptual skills / High attention to details / Independent and team-orientated personality with a solution-oriented approach / Ability to work under time pressure / Strong communication skills / Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Access/Power BI / Fluent in English and French, German as an advantage.
