Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a centralized treasury management and balance sheet reporting system.
- Build data pipelines and interfaces to aggregate firm-wide financial positions from trading PnLs, capital allocations, and liquidity reports.
- Develop user-friendly front-end environments (likely via Google Sheets or web UIs) for internal reporting, supported by scalable back-end infrastructure.
- Collaborate across trading, operations, and finance teams to align technical implementation with business requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of the firm’s equity reporting and capital allocations.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial systems development or treasury/operations engineering in a trading or financial environment.

- Deep familiarity with Google Sheets including Apps Script, integrations, and automation.
- Experience designing systems that interact with multiple business units and data types.
- Solid understanding of balance sheet mechanics, treasury operations, and capital/equity reporting.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with financial reporting, treasury platforms, or internal control systems in trading firms.
- Familiarity with web front-end development (e.g., React.js) to create lightweight internal dashboards.
- Exposure to Docker, AWS, Redis, and other infrastructure or DevOps tools.
- Understanding of how trading PnL, margin, and settlement interact with firm equity.
- Prior experience working closely with Traders, Finance, or Risk Teams.
