Head of Product Design
Headquartered in Zürich, Decentriq has gained the trust from renowned institutions in the DACH market and beyond, such as RTL Ad Alliance, Publicis Media or PostFinance.
We are looking for a Zurich-based Head of Product Design to own the design of the Decentriq Platform. You’d be in for an exciting and challenging task balancing the needs of several personas to build a stellar experience for our users. You will start as an individual contributor and will pick up more management responsibilities as the design team grows.

Tasks- Own the design of the Decentriq Platform. The usability and quality of the UI are key to our product’s success, you are responsible and accountable for it.
- Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success team to design new parts of the Decentriq Platform. Perform internal and external user testing to ensure we’re building the right thing and minimize design changes after implementation started.
- Together with Product, support the Engineering team in the creation of the final engineering tickets and during the implementation of the new features. Help in the joint testing of the implemented feature to ensure an excellent quality.
- Own and expand Decentriq’s design system and drive its application to ensure platform-wide UI and UX consistency.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is excited by our product vision. You’re not scared of hard problems and you are willing to dig into the complexities of data collaboration, analytics and adtech. You are motivated by the challenge that our platform serves many different personas.You have a pragmatic, proactive attitude, an eagerness to help your colleagues, and a desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed.
You must bring the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product design. 2+ years of which either working on a complex data product or a Martech/Adtech product.
- Full proficiency with Figma, good understanding of developer processes.
- Experience with establishing and maintaining a design system. Experience with running user testings.
- Proficiency in English
In addition to these hard requirements, it is very beneficial if you bring experience leading design and helpful if you have German language skills.
