Laboratory Scientist (Bio-Analytics)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laboratory Scientist to support analytical potency testing and method implementation in our Bio-Analytics department. This role is ideal for a motivated scientist with a strong foundation in analytical and bioassay techniques, looking to contribute to non-GMP batch release, method establishment, and documentation in a regulated environment.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (Apprenticeship, BSc, MSc)
• 5+ years of industry experience in analytical/research roles in pharmaceutical or biochemical labs
• Proficient in analytical techniques such as ELISA, SPR, CBA, or enzyme-based functional assays, with experience in scientific documentation and reporting

• Execute method establishment, troubleshooting, and potency testing using binding and functional assays (e.g. ELISA, SPR, CBA)
• Document and analyze results in compliance with ISO and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), drafting SOPs and validation reports as needed
• Collaborate and contribute to investigations, peer review, and maintenance of a clean, audit-ready lab environment following 6S and EHS standards
