Director – Cyber Security & Digital Transformation

Our client is a leading global consulting firm expanding its cyber security practice, with a strong focus on manufacturing, pharma, and industrial clients. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Director to lead complex security transformation programmes and help shape the future of their delivery team.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading global delivery teams on large-scale cyber security transformation projects
• Advising clients on OT security, IAM, supply chain security, and managed services transformation
• Helping clients navigate IT-OT convergence and define their target operating models
• Building strategic, long-term relationships with clients and key vendors
• Spotting new business opportunities and helping grow the cyber practice
• Growing and developing a high-performing, multicultural team

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience within manufacturing, pharma, or industrial environments
• Strong background in one or more of: OT security, cyber strategy, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, or supply chain security
• Proven experience in business development or strategic account management
• A track record of leading diverse, multicultural teams
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (IEC-62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF) and certifications (CISSP, GICSP etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Fluent English; German or French is an advantage
