The Content Manager is responsible for leading the planning, production, and delivery of selected content projects from initial brief through to final execution. The position plays a key role in supporting Piaget’s storytelling across campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production: Manage the production of content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee production timelines and workflows, proactively managing internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
  • Agency Management: Brief and manage third-party creatives and agencies, providing clear direction and constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, press, media, digital, visual merchandising, commercial teams, and regional markets, to ensure content aligns seamlessly with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Budget Management: Handle project budgets from initial estimation to final reconciliation, ensuring responsible and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all content adheres strictly to Piaget’s visual identity, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and share performance insights, leveraging data to inform and optimize future content strategies.

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • +5 years of experience in content management or a related field (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong project management abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable across various markets and environments.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and demonstrated interest in the luxury industry.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
