What you will be doing
- Manufacturing of cell-based medicinal products in the lab and in a GMP facility (clean room)
- Writing manufacturing protocols and preparing GMP-compliant documentation
- Validating new procedures and qualifying new equipment for GMP use
- Managing materials for production in the clean room
- Developing quality control assays (viability, potency, identity, purity) for cell-based medicinal products
- MSc in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
- Strong motivation and interest in translational research
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility within a team
- Strong experience in cell culture and standard analytical methods (e.g., histology, biochemical assays)
- Experience working in a GMP environment is a distinct advantage
- Good command of English (written and spoken); German is an asset
- High reliability and a problem-solving mindset
