Client Service Officer / KYC Compliance, Contracts

Aufgaben

Responsible for providing accurate written responses to client inquiries, following careful research both internally and externally / Responsible for the delivery of responses in a customer friendly and timely manner / Responsible for KYC checks and the verification of the completeness of the various fund documents before and after the investment / Ongoing compliance research (e.g. KYC), review of fund contracts, review of standard documents for private equity funds, requests for tax documentation and communication with external legal advisers and third parties / Support with the administrative aspects of KYC compliance for investors and third-parties / Ensuring that the funds are in compliance with internal and external requirements throughout their life cycle, including when the fund term is extended / Responsible for obtaining the necessary approvals for the fund documentation, if required, including fund contracts prior to signature, by the fund manager and the KYC team / Contributing to the efficient organization of work processes in the department and participating in ongoing company projects.

Qualifikation

KV, HF or Bachelor with a focus on commercial law / Knowledge of administrative paralegal activities in a bank, law firm or fund manager / Experience in client contact and service / Administrative KYC knowledge and knowledge in the maintenance of contracts and other legal documents / Analytical, proactive and communicative personality with the ability to deal professionally with colleagues or clients / Team player as well as self-starter with the ability to do things perfectly and reliably under pressure / Interest in coordinating work and setting priorities / Analytical, proactive and communicative personality with skills in dealing professionally with colleagues and clients / Team-oriented and independent with the ability to get things done perfectly and reliably under time pressure / Interest in coordination work and setting priorities / IT flair and MS Office skills / Fluent in German (C2/C1) and English.
