About the Role
As HR Manager, you’ll be a key partner across the company—shaping culture, supporting growth, and making sure our people practices are both thoughtful and effective. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your impact will be felt every day.
What You’ll Do- Support managers with team performance, engagement, and development.
- Handle day-to-day HR matters like employee relations, feedback, and internal comms.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Manage performance reviews, check-ins, and development planning.
- Coordinate training and suggest growth opportunities for teams.
- Ensure compliance and keep HR policies up to date.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and care.
- Support culture, wellness, and DEI initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to projects that improve the employee experience.
- Occasionally travel for team events or offsites.
- 6–8 years of HR experience, ideally in creative, luxury, or fast-growing settings.
- Skilled in employee relations, hiring, and team development.
- Confident, empathetic advisor with a strong business sense.
- Clear communicator and team player.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Flexible and energized by a people-centered workplace.
- Comfortable with HR tools; Excel/reporting skills a plus.
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
