Then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Sales Associate – 60% within our Montblanc Boutique in Zürich.
The Sales Associate is responsible for:
- The achievement of sales targets, monitoring individual/boutique sales goals and identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales
- Impeccable product know-how and ability to engage clients with appropriate products / collections
- Exemplary Customer Service as well as the management of the ASS inventory
- The handling of (VIP)-customers, the development of long-term client relationships and the conversion of prospect clients into buying clients
- Providing all necessary information for the customer database as per the CRM standards and contributing to the quality of the database while reviewing, updating and cleaning the data
- Correct visibility inside and outside the boutique
The Sales Associate also ensures:
- Adhesion to Boutique security and loss prevention procedures
- Regular inventory controls and random stock checks
- Goods-in receipt and stocking and transfers of goods
- Expertise in a selected product category; regular sharing of knowledge with team members
Your precious skills we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in retail business environment or luxury brand business
- Retail or hospitality background with an affinity for luxury
- Passion for the Maison, its history and culture
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Constant proactivity
- Excellent selling skills
- Exemplary team working spirit
- Strong communication skills – vis-à-vis clients, Boutique team, HO Management, suppliers, partners
- In-depth knowledge about the product portfolio
- Solid competence with till systems (SAP,GK), Sales Force and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German, English and another language is an asset
