Objet du poste / Raison d’être du poste :

Le Coordinateur / La Coordinatrice technique aura pour rôle de coordonner les interventions de maintenance d’un ou plusieurs secteurs de production.

Il / Elle est le répondant court terme pour la maintenance : assure le bon fonctionnement entre la production (le client), l’ingénieur maintenance, le chef d’équipe mécaniciens et le chef d’équipe électriciens.

La planification et la coordination des activités d’arrêts de maintenance fait également partie de ses responsabilités.

• Recueille les demandes d’intervention technique de la production (curatif) et de l’ingénieur (préventif ou amélioration)
• Elabore les priorités en accord avec la production. Planifie les activités de maintenance à la semaine et leur pilotage (par lui-même, ou l’ingénieur, ou le CE mécaniciens / CE électriciens)
• Construit un plan de charge prévisionnel qu’il soumet au chef d’équipe pour justifier les besoins en ressources internes
• Prépare et coordonne les interventions de maintenance avec la production
• Garantit l’application des règles HSE et identifie les améliorations possibles pour les interventions de maintenance
• S’assure de la bonne qualité des interventions réalisées sur le terrain
• Assure la planification de détail et la coordination des contrôles règlementaires demandés par l’ingénieur (COSEC, ASIT, SCPE, Soupapes, SCE, SIL)
• Utilise SAP-PM pour inscrire les priorités. Responsable de la qualité d’utilisation de SAP/PM et de la bonne structure de SAP/PM pour le secteur
• Garant de la clôture des travaux vis-à-vis de la production
• Responsable de l’engagement des dépenses « court terme » en accord avec l’ingénieur
• Propose les améliorations nécessaires pour les interventions maintenance (sécurité, réactivité, qualité)
• Prépare et commande le matériel pour les opérations dont il est le pilote
• Coordonne et commande les prestations extérieures nécessaires aux interventions
• Planifie et coordonne les activités des arrêts de maintenance, avec au besoin le support d’un planificateur

• CFC (ou équivalent) d’automaticien, polymécanicien ou technologue
• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, leadership naturel, à l’aise dans le management transversal
• Expérience de maintenance et/ou production dans une industrie de process (minimum 5 ans)
• Connaissance techniques solides dans plusieurs domaines appliqués dans notre industrie
• Bonnes connaissances des procédés chimiques
• Être à l’aise dans les contacts humains et avoir un bon esprit de collaboration
• Capacité à gérer l’ambiguïté
• Capacités d’organisation
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle
