Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Sheet Metal Specialist - Manual Operations you will:
Your tasks- Perform manual mechanical processing of the exhaust nozzle and exhaust plug with high attention to detail.
- Riveting, manufacturing and installation of nozzle skin doublers, blending work according to exact specifications.
- Carrying out essential sheet metal work, as well as assembling and disassembling the nozzles of various engine types.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure all reworked parts comply with regulatory standards
- Focus on balancing time, cost, and quality to achieve optimal results in every task
- Maximize productivity by ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a high level of output
- Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, practices, and processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of shop processes to improve quality, safety, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations
- Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Working in a two-shift system
- Technical apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker or metalworker
- Ability to work autonomously and with great accuracy
- High reliability and attention to detail
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Germanskills B1
- Basic IT knowledge
