Sales Manager (M F X)

• Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across French-speaking Switzerland.
• Prospect new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and practice owners.
• Negotiate and close new contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.

• Initial experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a genuine interest in developing business relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• Fluent in French with a good understanding of German (CRM and internal tools are primarily in German).
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and travelling regularly within French-speaking Switzerland.
• Experience within healthcare, financial services, or professional services is considered a strong advantage.
