Then you must be the right person to join us as a “Retail Back Office Controller” for the Swiss market!
You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges:
- Be in charge of accounting tasks for the department (bank transfers confirmation, payments reconciliation and clearing, payment lettering for the e-com activity …)
- Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the boutiques you are in charge of among our 12 Maisons
- Be the contact point of the stores for operational processes and controls
- Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movements
- Be involved in different internal projects
Your invaluable skills we are looking for:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
- A first professional experience (internship incl.) in a finance position (controlling, accounting…) or in the retail industry
- Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinker
- Good communication with strong facilitating skills
- You speak French and English fluently. German or Italian is a plus
- You will report to the RBO, ICS & Compliance Manager and will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions & Maisons on the market
- The position is based in Meyrin with some visits to different cities in Switzerland to support the boutiques
- This position will allow you to interact with a lot of stakeholders across the organization and will enable you to develop yourself in many different areas of expertise
