Intern - Sales & Marketing Support

Tasks

Sales Support:

• Assist in lead generation, qualification, and management.
• Join on Sales meetings and assist in conversations with potential customers.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Support in maintaining and updating CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Coordinate follow-ups with leads and clients.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Ensure content aligns with zealy's brand tone and marketing objectives.

Marketing Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation and management of ads and promotions.
• Help in organizing events and webinars.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, German required).
• A keen interest in sales, marketing, and digital tools.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, or Google Analytics is a bonus.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
