• Implement and monitor corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies at a local level
• Act as the key EHS contact for a manufacturing site while supporting distribution centers as needed
• Develop and deliver EHS-related training across departments and functions
• Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations with focus on continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive best-in-class EHS performance
• Analyze EHS data and KPIs (leading and lagging) for internal and external reporting
• Support local teams such as Behavior-Based Safety initiatives and Green Teams
• Stay current with regulatory developments and translate them into actionable plans

• Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or other relevant scientific/technical field
• At least 5 years of EHS experience in an industrial, production, or supply chain setting
• Solid knowledge of Swiss EHS regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and corporate EHS frameworks
• Professional certifications such as ASGS, NEBOSH, CSP (or in progress) are an advantage
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Independent, hands-on, and proactive working style
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
