Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including:
- Onboarding and integration
- Contract administration and amendments
- Internal mobility
- Employee development
- Offboarding processes
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Swiss labor and social law.
- Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
- Participate in local and international HR projects.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss labor and social law framework.
