Legal Counsel Contracts and Commercial Deals

Aufgaben

Legal support mainly for investments in Europe / Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions for transactions in conjunction with the line manager / Confidentiality agreements, term sheets, facility agreements, inter-creditor agreements, trade confirmations, syndication documents and fund documentation / Instruct and manage external counsel, review and discuss their advice / Support and instruct administration department in connection with the execution of transaction documents and settlement / Support tax, structuring and other legal professionals on an ad-hoc basis / Ability to learn to work on direct equity, secondary and primary investments / Exposure to such investments whilst an asset is not necessary / Main focus in terms of experience is in debt transactions.

Qualifikation

Master's degree in Law / Work experience in corporate finance / Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills / Logical thinker / Ability to drill down to details / Excellent communication and negotiation skills / Strong desire to learn and succeed / Clear career vision by an understanding of the firm's business and industry / Exceptional command of English and fluency in German.
