We are seeking a Business Manager to join the Executive Office (EO), mandated by the CEO, Executive Board and Global Wealth Management Committee (ExB/GWMC) to drive matters of overarching strategic relevance for the Group. The EO consists of the Group Strategy team and the Executive Office – Group Corporate Secretary team, with the latter being responsible for governance matters and the communications and business events activities of the CEO/ExB/GWMC, such as Offsites, Global Townhalls, Senior Management Conferences and the Diamond Circle and preparing the CEO for business meetings.
The Business Manager will be part of the Executive Office – Group Corporate Secretary team, owning and driving the content preparation of the internal and external business meetings and travel agenda of the CEO. Ensuring timely delivery of concise preparation material aligned across the organization is key.In addition, the Business Manager takes over further responsibilities and tasks of the team.
We are looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of the banking industry, combined with strategic insight and oversight. Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise material, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.The role requires to be able to work under pressure, be hands-on willing to go the extra-mile and to support the team in all its activities.

IHRE AUFGABEN- Own and drive the timely delivery of concise preparation material for the business meetings of the CEO and ensure respective follow-ups.
- Simplify complex information into clear language and develop concise narratives and presentations.
- Take over additional responsibilities and tasks and deputize within the team.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with them.
- Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on approach while delivering excellent quality with attention to detail.
- A proven track record in business management within the banking or financial services industry
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, fully dedicated to top results
- A structured workstyle, high attention to details without losing focus on what really matters
- The ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and engaging with senior stakeholders
- A commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
- A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Excellent writing and the ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must, German would be a plus
