ICT Application Manager Group

The company develops, manufactures, and distributes high-quality products and services in the fields of water treatment and outdoor solutions. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the support and further development of IT applications, with a focus on Microsoft 365, cloud services, and ERP integrations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and improve Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) within the global Microsoft tenant
• Coordinate IT service providers and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the USA
• Support digitalization and process automation initiatives using tools such as Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Abacus
• Analyze requirements from internal departments and implement solutions independently or via external specialists
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (in English) of applications and processes
• Deliver internal training sessions and support first-level IT when required
• Contribute to audits, IT security checks, and budgeting activities
• Manage small IT projects and interface solutions (e.g., EDI, APIs)

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent education (HF, FH, or certifications)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within an internationally oriented SME
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with ERP systems and interface technologies (e.g., Abacus, Dynamics, API, EDI)
• Independent, team-oriented, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally (mainly within Europe and to the USA)
