As an Executive Assistant, you will support your manager in carrying out their role within an international environment and act as a central point of contact among department internal executives and employees as well as cross-organizational and external partners.Through your activities, you will make a significant contribution to the efficiency and organization of Siemens Real Estate Western Europe, Middle East and Africa (WEMEA), while actively participating in regional initiatives and transformation projects.

Your new responsibilities- Support management in the implementation and follow up of regional initiatives
- Prepare presentations and reports to support decision-making
- Manage internal communication channels and media (internal social media and SharePoint sites), prepare communications for announcements and newsletters
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow and foster knowledge exchange within the HUB
- Organize events and conferences, arrange travel and accommodation, including filing expenses as well as managing executives' schedules and coordinating meetings
- Improve internal processes by utilizing the latest IT-related technology and engaging in IT-transformational projects
- Participate in local projects and assist with their execution
- Perform general administrative tasks such as placing orders
- Professional experience as an Executive Assistant with Federal Diploma
- Education and training as a Personal Assistant, in Business Administration or a related field
- Ability to understand and actively participate in business
- Experience in the real estate business is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 tools
- Proactive, flexible and team-oriented personality with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- 2-3 days per week of mobile working as standard
