Program Manager - Health Financing (m/f/d)
Geneva | Contract role - 5 months
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major health financing initiative, ensuring effective delivery, financial oversight, and strategic impact across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a senior role combining project management, financial oversight, and strategic coordination within global health and development finance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end programme management, from setup to delivery and closure
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking of programme funds
- Define and implement systems for governance, reporting, and accountability
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and technical providers
- Manage procurement, sourcing, and contract processes
- Monitor programme performance, risks, and impact
- Advanced degree in economics, finance, public health, development, or related field
- Strong experience in programme/project management and financial oversight
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience in development finance or health financing is essential
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
