About the Role

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support recruitment operations and help deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience. It’s a great entry point into HR for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule interviews and support recruitment logistics.
  • Keep ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate communication.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and prepare new hire materials.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment projects.
  • Contribute to hiring events and team initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally to support recruitment or onboarding activities.
Who You Are
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Energetic, proactive, and curious about recruitment and HR.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, Google Suite, ATS); Oracle HCM is a plus.
  • Motivated to grow, take initiative, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure in fast-changing environments.
  • Holding a degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
