Venture Builder & Partner (50-100%)

We’re looking for a Venture Builder & Partner to help us scale the studio, drive funding, and bring our MVPs to market. This is a partner-level role with equity and commission opportunities, and for the right candidate, an option for buy-in. An initial part-time involvement is possible to balance current commitments while ramping up with us.This role follows a commission-based and/or equity model, hence not a standard salary, aligning with our entrepreneurial culture and offering significant upside potential based on company success. Remote work is possible with regular meet-ups, must be ideally based in Basel or Zurich.
Tasks- Shape and scale Alvra Labs’ strategy and venture portfolio
- Lead fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
- Help existing MVPs to get traction & funding
- Support founders in validating and scaling new products
- • Build relationships across the Swiss and DACH startup ecosystems
Requirements
You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is the drive to build and scale. If you’ve built, sold, or helped grow something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
We’re especially interested in people with:
- Experience as a founder, venture builder, or early-stage operator
- Strong network in German-speaking Switzerland
- Background in VC, innovation, or business development
- Interest in building up a portfolio as an Investor
- Fluency in German and English, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
