We are looking for an administrative Assistant (M/F)
Our client is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and follow up meetings in collaboration with the Committee Chair
- Manage documentation using specific tools
- Act as liaison with relevant internal services
- Monitor files, update dashboards, and follow up on deadlines in coordination with the Chair
- Assist with editing weekly activity reports and compiling statistics for the annual report
- Help organize events such as meetings, visits, reviews, and workshops
- Follow up on travel requests
- Manage external registration processes
Qualifikationen
Profile:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and document management tools
- Strong team spirit and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Maximum 5 years of experience
