Verantwortung:
- Du führst adressatengerechte Datenanalysen durch und leitest Datenprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, von der Datenexploration bis zur Implementierung
- Du baust ein modernes Data Warehouse auf und erneuerst die Reportinglandschaft mit Microsoft Power BI
- Zudem unterstützt Du die Business-Einheiten bei der Erstellung von Reports und Applikationen und entwickelst Data-Science-Ansätze mit neuronalen Netzwerken und KI
- Du trägst Verantwortung für ein solides Datenframework, verbesserst die Data Literacy im Unternehmen und unterstützt bei der Migration großer Datenmengen in neue IT-Systeme
Qualifikationen:
- Du hast einen Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Statistik und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Data Analytics, Data Science oder Data Management
- Du kennst dich mit Datenbanken und Data-Warehouse-Umgebungen aus und beherrschst die Microsoft Power Platform (insbesondere Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, und Du bringst ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz mit
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut in Deutsch und idealerweise auch in Französisch und Englisch und hast Freude daran, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
