Clinical Specialist

In this role, you will support the commercial, clinical and development successes by providing your clinical expertise, ensuring product credibility, and driving user adoption.

Your activities:

• Sales process support:
• Engage and build strong relationships with end users (physiotherapists, clinicians, physicians)
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking at trade shows
• Support the creation of clinical and marketing material
• Perform on-site product demonstrations
• On-site training, onboarding and user support
• Address clinical and technical questions and objections
• Collect feedback and contribute to product development and improvement
• Support clinical research activities

• Independent, result-oriented and ready to go the extra mile to reach our goals
• Critical thinker and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer orientation, great people skills
• 5 years of relevant job experience
• A powerful communicator who can inspire enthusiasm for our technology
• Ready to travel nationally and internationally up to 50% of your time
• Proficiency in English, German or Italian
