Senior Controller Fund Investments Private Equity
Aufgaben
Controlling of investment structures / Analysis of financial statements of investment instruments / Responsible for forecasting, cash management and performance measurement of private equity funds / Analysis of investment transactions of the private equity programs / Supervision of annual audits / Responsible for monitoring of the different private equity programs / Responsible for global coordination of investment controlling activities / Cooperation with external service providers, controlling data deliveries, reconciliation of monthly valuations and ensuring quality / Interface and cooperation with the investment teams as well as collaboration with various departments and external stakeholders / Responsible for communication and information management / Preparation of reports for the private equity programs for internal and external clients / Management of investor inquiries / Collaboration on projects, process optimizations and international initiatives.
Qualifikation
Master's degree in accounting / Professional experience in asset management either as an auditor at a Big4 or at an asset manager / Knowledge of private equity funds / Strong analytical skills and recognition of correlations / Ability to plan, manage and control projects in a thorough and structured manner / Strong communication skills / Good MS Office skills / Fluency in Excel / German as well as English.
