Strategic Co-Founder & Capital Partner (Remote)

Operating along the Switzerland–Gulf capital corridor, the firm works closely with family offices, sovereign-linked entities, and institutional partners across Zurich, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.
As part of its next phase, Avertis Group is appointing a Strategic Co-Founder & Capital Partner to anchor its Zurich–UAE expansion and lead capital formation initiatives within a focused, high-conviction boutique structure.
This is a founding-level leadership mandate with meaningful enterprise value participation, designed for a senior operator with direct capital access and demonstrated execution credibility.
Tasks- Lead capital formation and strategic expansion across Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).
- Develop and steward direct relationships with family offices, sovereign-linked entities, and institutional allocators.
- Structure and execute private equity and special situations mandates across Europe and select GCC jurisdictions.
- Advise on cross-border capital structuring, co-investments, and strategic acquisitions.
- Participate in investment committee deliberations and portfolio-level governance where relevant.
- Contribute to long-term platform architecture and disciplined growth.
- Represent Avertis Group in senior-level engagements within Zurich and the UAE.
The role is relationship-driven, execution-focused, and measured by quality of capital alignment rather than transaction volume.
Requirements- Senior experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or institutional fundraising.
- Demonstrated access to discretionary capital within Switzerland and/or the UAE.
- Strong understanding of Swiss and UAE regulatory frameworks (FINMA, DIFC, ADGM exposure advantageous).
- Proven cross-border transaction experience between Europe and the Gulf.
- Institutional judgment, transaction discipline, and reputational credibility.
