The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of global network infrastructure, with a focus on high availability, performance, and security across both on-premises and cloud environments.
The role includes leading network-related projects, providing third-level support, and collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Vos missions- Design, implement, and manage global LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, and Azure/AWS network infrastructures
- Monitor, optimize, and secure network performance; maintain documentation, DR plans, and asset inventory
- Lead network projects and contribute to cross-functional IT initiatives with Cybersecurity, Dev Engineering, and Service Desk teams
- Manage vendors and coordinate technical deliverables; ensure global connectivity, including VOIP and A/V systems
- Provide 3rd-level and on-call support, including for residences and critical services outside business hours
- Ensure compliance with best practices, scalability, and security standards across all environments

Technical Skills & Tools- Networking: Cisco, HP, Juniper, VLAN, QoS, BGP, OSPF
- Security: Fortinet firewalls, IDS/IPS, IPSEC, SSL VPNs
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (core), AWS
- Monitoring: PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Wireshark
- VOIP & A/V: Network-integrated audio/video and telephony support
- Automation (a plus): Python, PowerShell, Ansible
- Strong knowledge of enterprise network protocols, hybrid/cloud architectures, and security best practices
- 10+ years in enterprise network engineering
- CCNA required; CCNP preferred
- Strong knowledge of Cisco/HP, Azure, routing, switching, wireless
- Familiar with ITIL and enterprise architecture principles
- Project coordination and vendor management experience
- Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
