Vacancy: Junior Payroll Ananlyst (M F X) - We are looking for a Junior Payroll Ananlyst (M F X).

Missions- Coordinate international payrollprocesses in collaboration withexternalpayrollproviders
- Ensureaccurate collection, validation, and processingofpayroll data across multiple countries
- Support compliancewith local laborlaws, taxregulations, and statutoryrequirements
- Monitor payrollcalendars, reportingactivities, and compliancecontrols
- Handleemployeepayroll-relatedqueriesacrossdifferentregions
- Contributetopayrollprocessimprovements and variousHR/Finance projects
- Support equity-related payroll activities (RSUs, stock options, etc.)
- Provideback-up support for theSwisspayrollprocess
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits and compliance activities
- 1-2yearsofpayrollexperience, ideallywithin an international environment
- Fluent in EnglishwitheitherFrench or German
- Previousexposureto international payrollprovidersisconsidered a strongadvantage
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of ABACUS is a plus
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortableworking in a fast-pacedmulticulturalenvironment
