Order Management Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)
Your Mission:
As an Order Management Specialist, your mission is to support our Operational Controlling Team with the continuous improvement of our order-to-cash journey. This will give you the opportunity to bring in your ideas and experience to elevate internal processes to the next level.In addition, you will be the face and voice to our customers and internal stakeholders when it comes to inquiries and questions.
Key Responsibilities- Sales order processing in contract database
- Timely and accurate invoicing of our customers
- Project based work within Operational Controlling
- Invoice and order related Customer Support
Your Qualifications:
- >3 years of experience in similar role
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
- Open-minded and passionate individual with cultural sensitivity
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Work experience in the IT industry
- German proficiency
