Events Assistant for 2 months (can be extended)

Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, coordination of venues, equipment, catering)
- Manage participant registrations and ensure proper administrative follow-up
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of event documentation (agendas, participant lists, materials)
- Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to administrative tasks within the team (reporting, database updates, etc.)
- Degree in Events Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
- Initial experience in event coordination, ideally within an international environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit
