Events Assistant for 2 months (can be extended)

Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, coordination of venues, equipment, catering)
  • Manage participant registrations and ensure proper administrative follow-up
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of event documentation (agendas, participant lists, materials)
  • Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to administrative tasks within the team (reporting, database updates, etc.)
Support the planning and delivery of high-level events, including logistics,Manage administrative and operational tasks
  • Degree in Events Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
  • Initial experience in event coordination, ideally within an international environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit
