As Station Support Administration Management you will support SWISS outstations worldwide with production operations and provide daily administrative assistance to help them achieve their mission. This 50% position is limited until end of May 2026.

Starting date: September 22, 2025 or upon agreement

  • Production & daily admin support for SWISS outstations worldwide
  • Work with local/internal HR on contracts, taxes, insurances
  • Liaise with internal/external partners to improve processes & efficiency
  • Monitor/optimise shift plans, vacation & overtime
  • Coordinate visas, permits & related topics
  • Create guidelines/checklists for transfers
  • Handle transfers, retirement & repatriation
  • Support expat policy & GAV implementation
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations for local staff
  • ATOSS entries, analysis & communication
  • Edit/publish/deliver communications to outstations
  • Provide efficient info flow with TMI head & departments
  • Organise team building, meetings & events
  • Join TMI meetings, take minutes & follow up
  • Coordinate training requests
  • Support special projects

  • Business Administration Diploma or equivalent education
  • HR background
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
