• Collaborate closely with HR on planning and delivery of training - especially during quieter early-year periods
• Maintain strong external relations (e.g. SUVA, clients, industry bodies) on all safety matters
• Provide expert advice to the Executive Committee and site leadership on safety topics
• Support and guide operational teams through site visits, audits and safety consultations
• Oversee and report on accident analysis, safety metrics, and strategy alignment
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety standards and legislation
• Promote a step-by-step approach to change, with tact and perseverance in an environment with strong personalities

Profile We're Looking For Lead HSE :

• Academic background or Experience in Quality or Safety Management in the Railroad or Manufcaturing sector in general,
• Bilingual French and German,
• Industrial safety experience - comfortable working with field teams and site realities
• Strong in reporting, KPIs and safety metrics to support decision-making
• Confident trainer and communicator, able to engage at all levels, internally and externall
