We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now

Tasks

Your mission:

• Establish and maintain strong media relationships (local and international).
• Distribute press materials to media contacts.
• Monitor media coverage and PR performance metrics and compile regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update the media database.
• Prepare, review and manage press materials (e.g., fact sheets, newsletters, press releases, communication content).
• Work closely with the copywriter by providing clear briefings and feedback until texts are finalised.
• Keep internal teams informed about upcoming product launches and activities via internal communication platforms.
• Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Assist in organising media events and product launches.
• Manage and oversee the text/content budget.

Requirements

Your skills:

• Several years of experience in public relations or communications, ideally in the watch or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German, and French (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail.
• Experience handling media relations and journalist contacts.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools.
• Passion for watches, lifestyle and luxury.
