Senior Manager Strategy, Planning and Global Health Programmes

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Planning, you will play a central role in driving coordination, structuring key processes and ensuring effective delivery of complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and programme management capabilities within a global and matrix environment.
Strategic Coordination & Programme Delivery- Lead the operationalisation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and stakeholders
- Act as a central coordination point between internal teams, partners and country stakeholders
- Structure and drive implementation plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Oversee planning cycles, performance tracking and reporting frameworks
- Monitor progress against objectives and proactively identify risks and mitigation actions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and organisational planning processes
- Build and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a key interface with partners and support alignment on priorities and implementation approaches
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a complex international environment
- Develop and refine guidelines, tools and processes to support programme implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and impact
- Drive structured ways of working across teams
- Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives and working groups
- Represent the function in strategic discussions and support leadership priorities
- Provide high-quality inputs for internal decision-making and governance processes
- 8-12 years of experience in strategy, programme management, consulting
- Strong experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Excellent analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills
- Experience in international organisations, development or public organisation is a strong asset
- Background in management consulting or transformation roles is a plus
- Advanced degree in economics, international development, business or related field
- Autonomous, structured and able to operate in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent English required, French is an asset
