We’re looking for a Working Student – Business & Office Administrator to support our Wingtranauts and help ensure the office runs efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations and gain hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and events.

Responsibilities- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations: manage supplies, food orders, mail, scanning, and general email inbox
- Handle internal requests and help maintain a tidy, functional office
- Organise internal and external events
- Act as a point of contact for service providers (cleaning, property management, subtenants)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding: desk setup, key handover, checklists, and welcome kits
- Prepare our set-up for weekly internal presentations and assist with communication tasks
- Manage internal/external merchandise stock and distributions
- Proactively support a positive office atmosphere and take on additional tasks within the finance and people team if time allows
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Interest in event planning and internal culture
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace or similar)
- Friendly, team-minded, and reliable
- Flexible to support 2–3 external events per year, including occasional off-hours
- Availability: Friday afternoon is mandatory; the remaining hours should be spread as evenly as possible across the week to ensure continuous support.
