Interim Tax Advisor - Genève

Our client needs an Interim Tax Advisor to support the efficient execution of a large restructuring project with a cross-functional team comprising Finance, HR, IT, Procurement. Key areas of responsibilities: - Implementation of the restructuring project under the leadership of a Senior Tax Director: mergers, transfer of assets, creation of a revised Transfer Pricing model for Swiss entities and subsequent branches, tax ruling definition.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule as per the Project Plan.
• Collect information from key internal stakeholders and prepare documents for Tax Advisors and Tax authorities. Acting as an internal resource, the Interim Tax Advisor should be ready to deliver in a quick and pragmatic manner.

• Strong technical background in International Tax / TP, deep understanding of relevant regulations.
• Experience in working for a corporate head office of a multinational organization, ideally with exposure to large-scale projects and frequent organizational changes.
• Results-oriented attitude, proactive and pragmatic approach.
• Passion for interacting with various functions, including non-tax/non-technical.
• Great communication skills, fluent in English.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
