- Tech Due Diligence such as the analysis of the IS in the pre-deal phase to qualify the capacity of the IS to support the acquirer's project, to evaluate the risks inherent in the contemplated transaction, to identify synergies and savings, to analyze the problems of separation or integration, or IT carve-out assessment type of exercise
- Post-deal type of activities such as planning and support for the integration or separation of IT (IT Post-Merger Integration), including in particular: definition of the target operating model (blueprint), development of the transition plan, estimation of transition costs and recurrent costs in the target, development and/or evaluation of the TSA (Transition Services Agreement) and the exit plan, planning and preparation for Day 1, development and management of the cutover plan, operational planning of evolutions and migrations in anticipation of Day 2, PMO support and assistance in implementing the target, etc.
- Framing and support in the implementation of IT transformation projects: development of IT master plans and strategic business/IT alignment, development of financial models to support IT transformations.
- Optimization of the operating model of IS organizations and assistance with the implementation of new operating modes.
- Setting up a structured and robust governance for the management of integration/separation tasks, implementation of the application target, as well as IT processes and organization
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or business with a focus in Management/Finance/Information Systems
- You have significant experience as a consultant and would like to build on a 5-to-10-year track record in M&A, IT transformation or organizational projects.
- Ideally, you have worked on diagnostic, strategy or IT transformation projects as part of an integration or separation (pre-deal and/or post-deal)
- Ideally, you are not only comfortable with but have designed, developed, or operated complex technological environments (ERP and other business applications, infrastructure)
- As a consultant, you have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills,
- For Manager, you can lead teams and are able to deal with C-level clients on a daily basis
- You are curious, autonomous, enterprising and have a good working capacity
- You are able and motivated to work calmly on urgent, critical, and confidential projects
- You are dynamic, organized, and methodical
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French is an advantage
