Business Development Internship: Wearable Tech (m/w/d) 100%
The technology empowers customers with a wide range of innovative applications such as improving sports performance, continuous and non-invasive patient monitoring, ovulation tracking, sleep analysis or early detection of diseases.
The company develops, manufactures, and markets all solution at our headquarters in Zürich-Rümlang.
We are searching for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Calera Integration Business team, that encompasses greenteg's wearable sensor solution used with consumer electronic companies (smartwatches) and MedTech players and their patient monitoring systems.
Start Date: October/November 2025
Tasks
With your strong entrepreneurial drive and a deep interest in technology and its applications, you will further promote greenteg’s core body temperature sensing solutions in the wearables and MedTech markets.
You will be mentored and trained in the following tasks, so you can provide support in the following B2B Sales and Business Development activities:
- Research, coordinate, and engage with customers in international markets, identifying applications of our technology and scaling sales.
- Support our customers with product and project application-related questions during their integration process.
- Manage, analyse, and optimise greenteg’s customer pipeline and CRM system
- Take over global marketing activities, based on greenteg’s existing experience and new market insights you will gather.
- Join (and support the organisation of) fairs (like the CES 2026) where we exhibit in an international environment.
Requirements
You are a student and you are looking for an internship in an entrepreneurial atmosphere for the duration of 6 months. You are available starting in October or November 2025.
You are interested in continuing working at greenteg after your internship full-time, in case you are close to graduating. You are motivated to work for a Swiss scale-up, eager to learn, and have good communication skills.
A valid Swiss working permit is required.
Your CV shows a proven track record in:
- Background in either business with a strong medical or technical track record or in medical science/engineering.
- Affinity to technology: you need to explain our solution to customers, and you need to understand their technical problems.
- Good analytical skills for maintaining a customer database/pipeline.
- Experience with programs such as CRM/inbound marketing SAAS programs is beneficial.
- Good communication skills in English and preferably in German; other languages are beneficial.
- Drive to take over responsibility and execute tasks independently.
- 20 annual paid vacation days (at a 100% workload).
