Supply Chain Officer 80%-100%

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchase orders and production orders.
• Calculate and track supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory, and planning accuracy.
• Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support operational Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities in collaboration with the S&OP Leader.
• Update and maintain supplier capacity information within the ERP system.
• Manage documentation in SAP and/or external systems.
• Prepare and update reports (e.g., weekly sales reports, project schedules) to strengthen supply chain visibility and understanding.
• Provide support for supply chain procurement activities as required.
• Contribute to indirect purchasing activities when needed.

Qualifications and personal Qualities:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Initial traineeship or professional experience in supply chain management—ideally within a manufacturing environment—is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly valued.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Positive and energetic mindset – with you, everything is possible!
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
