Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimise a dynamic, high-volume calendar with absolute precision, including business and personal commitments; coordinate meetings, travel days, off-sites, and confidential engagements.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-leg international travel itineraries, including flights, transfers, visas, accommodations, and contingency arrangements; travel frequently with the CEO to ensure seamless end-to-end support.
- Prepare daily agendas, travel briefs, background information, and personal planning documents to ensure the CEO is fully informed, prepared, and supported at all times.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including preparation of materials and proactive agenda management.
- Act as the CEO's primary liaison for both business and personal matters, ensuring effective communication and safeguarding confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs proactively, manage shifting priorities, and resolve issues before they escalate; ensure the CEO's time is protected and optimally allocated.
- Support private and family-related organisational tasks as needed, maintaining a professional and discreet handling of all personal information.
- Oversee administrative processes related to the CEO's office, including expenses, procurement, logistics, and coordination with internal departments.

We are seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant with a proven track record supporting CEOs or C‑level executives in global, fast-paced environments. Experience in multinational or listed companies is strongly preferred.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional training
- 8+ years of experience supporting C‑suite (ideally CEO) in international corporate environments, in a similar function
- Demonstrated expertise in complex global calendar management and high-frequency international travel coordination
- Experience travelling with executives or providing on‑the‑ground support during global engagements is a plus
- High emotional intelligence, strong presence, and excellent judgment
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and crisis-handling abilities
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, and integrity
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or French) are an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Proactive, highly adaptable, service-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently and under pressure
- High level of availability and flexibility to travel when required, also on short notice.
