Fullstack Java Software Engineer (100%)

A Fullstack Software Engineer at Salt quickly takes full ownership of a technical platform. He/she ensures its continuous evolution and actively contributes to critical company projects. He/she is eager to collaborate directly with business counterparts to clarify needs and enhance the product while designing and implementing robust solutions.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic and functionality using Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (ex: React).
• Creating and integrating RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to define and deliver new features.
• Testing and debugging applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Following and contributing to software development best practices and documentation.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks that can enhance the development process or user experience.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
• Deploying applications to production environments and performing routine maintenance and updates.

• Bachelor or higher education in Computer Science or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Expertise in Java for backends, combined with a good knowledge of frontend (JavaScript / HTML / React). Fluent in SQL.
• You are well-versed in object-oriented software design, data structures, and algorithms.
• The principles of agile software development are important to you.
• Language: French and English.
