Business Analyst CFO Office Fund Controlling

Aufgaben

Responsible for the maintenance of systems and processes of investment controlling and reporting in asset management in order to achieve the best possible performance in the finance department / Analysis of existing financial processes with accounting data for investment controlling and data for reporting requirements / Development of customized solutions to increase the aggregation of data and reduce costs / Transfer of existing processes with advanced data analysis and model-based, predictive control into newly designed, resilient processes via testing through to operation / Ensuring the measurability of automated and optimized processes / Increasing the resilience of systems and processes and testing innovations in terms of efficiency and effectiveness both locally and internationally, to free up resources for truly value-adding tasks / Ensuring smooth access to the investment controlling databases through collaboration with internal and external teams / Further development of concepts and solutions to ensure the best possible operation in investment controlling / Documentation of applications and compilation of user requirements / Development and improvement of internal working tools for investment controlling / Ad hoc projects in connection with Group and technology projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's, Master's or Ph. in Accounting, Banking & Finance or Business Informatics / Strong professional experience in the financial processes of a banking group, ideally in asset management, a custodian bank, a fund provider or management consulting / Knowledge of balance sheet accounting and regulatory reporting / Experience in project management and coordination of specialist teams / Solid professional experience in process analysis, in the area of information flows and problem solving / Strong analytical skills / Interest in understanding and solving complex challenges / Interest in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines / Diverse, hands-on experience with financial systems, ideally with systems for fund administration or deal management / Ability to work in a team and interest in working in an interdisciplinary environment / Languages: German and English.
